Returns Policy

We want you to have a hassle-free shopping experience with us at 1969 Boutique. If you need to return an item, please read our return policy carefully.

Return Period: You can return items within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. It must also include all original accessories and documentation.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package the item securely, ensuring it is in the original packaging with all accessories.
  3. Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. You are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return.

Conditions for Returns:

·         Condition of Items: Items must be returned in unworn, undamaged, and unused condition. They should have all the original tags attached and be accompanied by the original packaging with no visible signs of wear.

·         Final Sale Items: Unfortunately, final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

·         Footwear and Accessories: When returning footwear and accessories, they must be in their original branded boxes and include any dust bags, if provided. Make sure to place them inside a protective box for the return.

·         Footwear Try-On: While trying on footwear, please avoid marking the soles or damaging the shoe box.

·         Security Tags: If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

·         Hosiery, Lingerie, and Swimwear: These items must be returned with hygiene seals attached and in unopened, undamaged packaging, where applicable. Lingerie and swimwear should only be tried on over your own undergarments. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or soiled.

·         Face Masks: Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns for face masks unless the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery.

·         Jewelry: Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived, including all branded packaging and documents provided.

·         Made-to-Order Items: Made-to-order items cannot be returned, as they are created to your specific requirements, unless they arrive damaged or faulty when delivered.

Please Note: To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask that you return your purchases in the same condition as you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting it for compliance with our return policy, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Cancellation under Consumer Contracts Regulation: Depending on your location, you may also have the option to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) 2013 Regulations (CCRs). If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Once you notify us, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the items to 1969 Boutique.
